My sister in law took these pictures, here in Utah and wanted a saying for above them. I love the way it turned out!

I had a little vinyl show this past week and I had to make up a book of some of the things that I can do! It was a bit time consuming, but now I'm glad I have a bunch of my favorite things designed and priced out!

Back to Life...

K, doensn't that title totally make you want to sing... "back to life... back to reality..." woah.. high school flashback. LOL

K, so I'm back! Finally have my life together enough to start doing vinyl orders again! YES!

There will be some major changes to how I do vinyl though.

Sadly, with this move I have lost all wood suppliers and lots of other fun suppliers that I could only find in Utah.

So I will now

I know... sad huh! I want everyone to be able to continue doing all their fun projects so I'm going to list below the places where I found all my wood supplies and most of my paper and embelishments and such.

These are both in Utah. I know that A LOT of my great clients are out of state, so I've found that Michaels, and places such as Hobby Lobby carry unfinished wood and such as well.

I really appreciate all the love and supportive comments towards continuing on with my fun little business. I can't wait to start up again! I've been so anxious to GET CREATIVE!

Vinyl Application

Yeay! I have had such a great response with all the fun door number decals!
Everyone should be receiving them very soon.
Here is a reminder video, on how to apply the vinyl, once you get it centered and level.
(Yes, I let this cute woman do the demo FOR me. Like I wanted to actually TAKE a shower and "get all ready" for a 4 minute video!? ... ya right! I've got orders to print, people! lol)
Oh ya. And she cuts this vinyl example in half... If you NEED to do this, you can. But usually I don't. Unless the phrase is VERY large.

Card Craze
So I feel like I should start a card makin' blog. lol. I had the opportunity to make 36 handmade cards for a cousin of mine! It was definitely and undertaking, but it was SO fun! So if you purchase a kit, or a finished plaque, it will have a bit of a different finish, to the wood.

Totally forgot an "e" in one of my believes, on that last post. lol. Thanks to a fellow blog reader, for pointing that one out! lol. Changes have been made! No worries.
I guess even when you triple check everything... a missing "e" can slip by. :)

Multicolored Vinyl Steps

I have had a couple of question on how to apply multicolored vinyl phrases.
Here is a quote that I found on this site, by Audrey Hepburn, and knew I HAD to have in my office.
I wanted to do white AND pink, so I thought I would show you how I did it!

First I put the whole body of the quote on the wall.
As you can see, I use masking tape, like hinges, so once I have it straight, I know it won't move, unless I take the tape off.

Then I use my squeegee, and rub on the saying.
Then I peel that transfer tape off at a 45 degree angle.

This is how it will look after the tape is off.

Then I place the other word(s) in their place, make sure they are straight and then tape them up with the hinge method.
Once they are where I want them, I adhere them to the wall, just like the first step.

Wa-la! Done. It does take additional time, but is pretty easy, and the look is SO cute!
